📋 Description

• Assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10 PCS codes for inpatient and outpatient services • Resolve billing work queue edits • Review claim denials and make appropriate corrections • Maintain organizational standards for daily chart review volume • Maintain high coding accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Active CCS credential required at minimum • Minimum of 3 years coding experience • Proficient in ICD 10, CPT and HCPCS coding • Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy • Understanding of reimbursement methodologies and CCI edits • Strong communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Applicants working from residences in Colorado preferred • Preferred: both inpatient and outpatient experience assigning ICD-10, ICD-10 PCS and CPT/HCPCS
