📋 Description

• Drive all hiring across Revenue, Marketing, and G&A roles globally • Lead and directly manage all GTM and G&A recruiters • Report to the Head of Talent Acquisition • Partner with GTM and G&A leaders, People Business Partners, and C-suite to prioritize hiring needs • Monitor and report on hiring progress and manage global day-to-day stakeholder relationships • Build, develop, and innovate recruiting strategies to achieve quarterly hiring goals • Diagnose and solve hiring-funnel bottlenecks with the team • Track and report key recruiting metrics to stakeholders and Vanta’s leadership team • Manage a small requisition load as needed, likely focused on key GTM leadership hires • Set strategy, process, and standards for attracting, assessing, and hiring talent

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of GTM recruiting experience • 5+ years of people management in your most recent roles • Experience recruiting across a wide range of GTM functions globally • Exposure to G&A hiring is a plus • Experience in both startup and larger, scaled environments • A data- and metrics-driven approach to building and running a recruiting team • Protect Vanta and customer data in team operations and delivery • Use AI in day-to-day work to amplify skills and strengthen outcomes, with sound judgment ensuring high-quality AI-assisted work • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship
