📋 Description

• Design, build, and own full-stack features and platform primitives used by internal teams, partners, and customers • Contribute to authentication, data-ingestion, and schema-evolution services • Build secure, well-documented, scalable services and UI with TypeScript, React, and Node.js • Improve performance, operational excellence, and SDLC practices within the team • Use AI tools and workflows to accelerate development and operations • Work closely with teams and partners who depend on shipped products and systems • Develop the Integration Platform powering Vanta’s ecosystem of more than 400 integrations • Create shared primitives for authentication, lifecycle, observability, and publishing

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-stack development experience building reliable, scalable, fault-tolerant systems • Experience designing APIs and reusable platform components • Solid grounding in RESTful APIs • Knowledge of authentication protocols including OAuth, API keys, and JWT • Knowledge of security best practices • Experience building data ingestion from external systems such as cloud providers, HRIS, identity providers, and code repositories • Experience with rate limiting, retries, idempotency, and webhooks • Ability to design for scale, reliability, and failure modes • Openness to using AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact • TypeScript, React, and Node.js experience
