📋 Description

• Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers for significant impact to the government product line • Design systems adapting Vanta’s core compliance platform for federal agencies, government vendors, and SLED organizations • Lead design and development of net-new product capabilities, including core compliance workflow features • Work with early design partners to validate and iterate capabilities as requirements evolve • Partner with adjacent engineering teams on shared infrastructure and tagging systems • Drive technical initiatives across engineering, product, and go-to-market • Translate ambiguous early-stage requirements into durable, scalable solutions • Contribute to Vanta’s engineering culture as the company grows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience • Strong systems thinking and platform architecture skills • Experience in highly regulated industries such as fintech or healthcare • FedRAMP or government domain experience is a plus, but not required • Comfortable operating in early-stage, 0→1 environments where requirements evolve • Strong product mindset, with ability to prioritize against deadlines and balance technical rigor with delivery velocity • Willingness to use AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
