📋 Description

• Manage system administration for Payroll and Time Tracking functionality, including research, design, testing, and implementation of new features and improvements • Document technology specifications for current and future configuration • Maintain measurement mechanisms and analyze data to assess HR Operations program impact • Make recommendations to management based on analysis • Build strategic partnerships with global HR Operations, HR IT, Payroll, and cross-functional HRIS teams • Handle large data sets and prepare data for system uploads supporting organizational and employee compensation changes • Improve process flows, data structures, reports, dashboards, and the overall end-user experience • Support stakeholders and enhance their understanding of Workday • Perform Workday tenant configuration, data loads, integrations support, and reporting • Support system administration and continuous enhancements in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, Talent & Performance Management, HCM, Compensation, Reporting, and Analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or other analytically driven fields • 5+ years of HRIS / HR Operations experience required • 3-5 years' Workday Payroll & Time Tracking experience required • Workday Pro or Workday Certifications is a plus • Strong understanding of Time Tracking and Payroll • At least some understanding of Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Recruiting • Understanding of HR operating environments, applicable policies, and global processes • Business process development, implementation, and process improvement skills • Ability to mass load information via EIBs and handle complex data with a high level of attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of creating reports and using them to audit configuration change effectiveness • Solid project planning and project management skills • Ability to convey ideas and recommendations clearly to varied audiences in written and verbal communications • Prior Workday system implementation experience is a plus
