📋 Description

• Prepare, examine, and analyze the company’s accounts, financial records, and other financial obligations • Compile financial statements and review data • Ensure financial compliance • Execute month-end and year-end closings • Manage accounts payable and receivable • Prepare tax returns • Perform bank reconciliations • Conduct general ledger reviews • Work independently with minimal supervision • Collaborate with business units of the Health System through the Shared Service organization

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in the accounting field • Previous experience with various software applications to include automated accounting systems, general ledger, spreadsheets, databases, word processing, etc. • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proven ability to work with all levels of the organization and manage multiple projects at once • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent work experience • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Lifting 20–50 lbs. • Prolonged sitting, walking (distance), and repetitive motion • Reasoning, problem solving, hearing, speaking clearly, writing legibly, and logical thinking • Ability to handle a fast-paced and steady-paced environment, multiple priorities, frequent and intense customer interactions, noisy environments, and frequent change
