📋 Description

• Design, document, and guide implementation of technical solutions for customers after the sale of Veeam products • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure architectures for customer-led and partner-led deployments • Provide technical leadership across complex enterprise environments and digital transformation initiatives • Lead technical discovery sessions and identify architectural improvement opportunities • Develop high-level and detailed solution architectures • Produce low-level design documents, technical specifications, and implementation plans • Create and maintain reference architectures and technical documentation • Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, resource needs, and level-of-effort estimates • Lead hands-on implementation of Veeam on-premises, cloud, and Kasten solutions • Provide technical oversight during deployment and post-sales implementation • Support proofs of concept, workshops, and architecture validation activities • Guide partner-driven implementations and troubleshoot complex technical challenges • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Sales, Customer Success, project managers, customers, and partners • Translate business goals into technical strategies and drive solution adoption • Evaluate emerging technologies in containers, security, and hybrid cloud • Contribute to internal best practices, standards, delivery frameworks, and partner enablement

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive IT experience, including solution architecture or technical leadership roles • Deep expertise in data protection, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container security • Strong knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, Azure, GCP, and enterprise storage • Proven experience leading transformation initiatives for large enterprise customers • Understanding of networking, security, ISO 27001, NIST, and IT governance • Experience in post-sales consulting, professional services, or solution delivery • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Required certification: AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, VMware VCP, CISSP, or equivalent • Potential travel to support global enterprise deployments
