📋 Description

• Own the initial setup of CRM and online service scheduler for new customers • Implement templates, triggers, and logic correctly • Provide ongoing support and check on customers throughout the customer relationship • Guide shop owners on leveraging CRM software to drive new customer acquisition, repeat customers, and service upsells • Serve as the go-to resource for email and CRM execution across Aftermarket product lines • Adapt and expand responsibilities as business needs evolve and new CRM technologies emerge • Act as the primary escalation point for product and customer issues for OSS and CRM users • Work closely with customers and customer success teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience • Travel less than 5%

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in CRM management, email automation, or digital marketing execution • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle automation, and campaign optimization • Detail-oriented with experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with HTML for email formatting and editing is a plus • Experience supporting customer success or onboarding teams preferred • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset • Must reside in a state where the company is authorized to employ workers • Must be able to work core hours • Ability to remain in a stationary position, sitting or standing, for extended periods • Ability to operate a computer and standard office equipment • Ability to view and interpret information on a computer screen for extended periods • Ability to communicate effectively via phone, video, and written communication • Ability to participate in virtual meetings with or without reasonable accommodation • Dedicated, safe, and distraction-free workspace • Reliable high-speed internet connection sufficient for video conferencing and job-related systems • Ability to maintain productivity in a remote environment • Employment may be contingent upon a background check
