📋 Description

• Contribute individually to the project at both functional and technical levels — owning features end-to-end from design through delivery. • Make and document key architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with project goals. • Actively mentor and support junior developers — conducting code reviews, pair programming sessions, and providing guidance to help them complete tasks effectively. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. • Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, technical debt, and stability issues within the application. • Stay current with evolving .NET MAUI releases, platform updates, and industry best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of professional software development experience. • Hands-on experience developing production-grade .NET MAUI applications. • Thorough understanding of .NET architectural patterns including Clean Architecture, MVVM, and microservices design principles. • Solid, in-depth knowledge of C# — including async/await, LINQ, generics, dependency injection, and modern language features. • Good working knowledge of MongoDB — schema design, indexing strategies, aggregation pipelines, and integration with .NET. • Ability to design and work with GraphQL queries, mutations, and subscriptions within a .NET ecosystem. • Comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI code review assistants) to accelerate development and improve code quality.
