📋 Description

• Perform preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and calibration/verification of instrumentation using established company standard work • Promote a positive customer experience and serve as the on-site customer contact for technical and service-related problems • Work in municipal and industrial settings, including drinking water and wastewater treatment facilities, refineries, chemical manufacturing plants, and food and beverage processing facilities • Service instruments in NEC hazardous locations (Class I Division 2) where applicable • Submit prompt, accurate service reports affecting billing, inventory, instrument history, and instrument failure • Follow safe work practices according to company policy • Execute administrative activities supporting service visits • Travel daily to customer sites throughout the Tampa-area territory • Report to the Field Service Manager

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of 2 years of field service experience and/or customer-facing experience preferred • Valid driver’s license required • Clean driving record required • Ability to rent a car and/or hotel rooms under applicable state laws required • Mechanical aptitude • Experience with preventative maintenance and technical diagnostics/repair • Associate’s or technical degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience • Minimum of 1 year of experience with MS Office products • Experience with ERP systems such as ServiceMax and/or Salesforce • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to travel daily to customer sites, typically within a 2-hour radius • Availability for overnight travel, with 65–75% of weekly travel involving overnight stays • Ability to travel to other states within the region for trips of up to one week
