📋 Description

• Travel to franchise stores within assigned territories to understand and define their needs • Visit franchise locations to identify operational improvement opportunities • Help franchise owners refine operations, marketing, and sales strategies • Analyze P&Ls and identify growth opportunities • Set business goals with franchisees • Guide franchisees through marketing campaigns, training programs, and technical setups • Connect franchise owners with the corporate support team • Celebrate wins and troubleshoot challenges • Travel approximately 50% of the time while supporting businesses across the assigned region

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Business Advisor in a related industry, preferably Sign; franchising experience is a plus • Proficiency analyzing budgets and P&L statements • Knowledge of retail marketing strategies and branding • Experience with project management and implementing best industry practices • Ability to advise on labor and vendor/supplier procurement challenges • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for explaining business processes and procedures • Eligible driver’s license and valid automobile insurance • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly • Exceptional problem-solving skills • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office products • Schedule flexibility and willingness to travel a minimum of 50% • Experience with graphic design software, point-of-sale software, and accounting software
