📋 Description
• Handle support tickets • Investigate issues reported by customers or internal teams • Fix minor problems and escalate complex issues to the development team • Contribute to occasional feature development and enhancements
🎯 Requirements
• 1 to 3 years of experience with Ruby on Rails • Ability to read logs, trace issues, and perform root cause analysis • Understanding of databases and background job systems (e.g., Resque) • Familiarity with APIs and production systems • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS)
