📋 Description

• Maintain accurate records of all hardware assets using asset management tools • Track the lifecycle of hardware assets from acquisition to disposal • Coordinate with procurement, finance, and IT teams for asset acquisition and deployment • Perform regular audits and reconciliations of hardware inventory • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including SOX and ISO • Manage hardware refresh cycles and support end-of-life planning • Develop and maintain HAM process and procedure documentation • Generate reports and dashboards for asset utilization, depreciation, and compliance • Support incident and change management processes with asset-related data • Collaborate with SAM and CMDB teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 2-4 years of experience in IT asset management or related field • Familiarity with ITIL practices and asset lifecycle management • Experience with asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC, Flexera) • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools • Preferred: ITIL Foundation certification • Preferred: Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP) or similar • Preferred: Experience with enterprise environments and large-scale asset inventories
