📋 Description

• Define what each company level means across every function • Establish promotion standards and maintain consistent leveling as new roles are added • Develop shared expectations for success at each level • Translate the leveling framework into development plans, promotions, calibration, and feedback conversations • Design and implement a management development program • Own Vesta's compensation philosophy covering pay, leveling, cash, equity, and bonus • Serve as the trusted HR business partner to engineering managers and an expanding manager population • Support performance, compensation calibration, promotions, employee relations cases, development conversations, and difficult people matters • Handle employee relations cases directly and create repeatable frameworks and playbooks • Own compliance and employment law work covering multi-state U.S. employment law, policies, records, and filings

🎯 Requirements

• Experience creating developmental frameworks for managers • Experience designing company-wide leveling architectures • Experience developing compensation philosophy, including cash, equity, and bonus structures • Experience designing and operating management development programs • Experience partnering directly with managers as a trusted HR business partner • Experience handling performance, compensation calibration, promotions, employee relations cases, and development conversations • Experience owning employee relations frameworks and playbooks • Knowledge of multi-state U.S. employment law, policies, records, and filings • Must reside in the United States while operating at Vesta
