📋 Description

• Serve as the first line of support for EPD managers and employees by handling day-to-day HR questions and coaching managers • Participate in employee lifecycle events including onboarding, transfers, resignations, and offboarding • Help administer engagement surveys and guide employees through the leave-of-absence process • Support investigations and performance documentation while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality • Run and communicate performance review cycles, compensation update processes, and L&D initiatives end-to-end • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D, and People Ops to maintain global consistency • Manage multiple stakeholder relationships in a matrixed EPD structure • Use AI tools and automation to streamline lifecycle administration, program execution, and recurring reporting • Proactively surface patterns and signals from the caseload and maintain context with the manager

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of HR generalist or HR business partner-adjacent experience, ideally supporting technical or product teams • Strong process discipline • Experience fielding a high volume of manager and employee questions with independent judgment • Fluency with AI tools • Ability to automate or systematize recurring tasks such as reporting, tracking, and communications • Ability to operate in a highly matrixed, fast-changing organization • Ability to build effective working relationships across People Team functions and EPD stakeholders • Valid right-to-work authorization depending on the country of employment • Successful background check may be required
