📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including investigations, exit surveys, and exit interviews • Manage the leave-of-absence process and tracking, ensuring compliance with local and federal law • Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews for all departing employees • Partner closely with managers to ensure consistent, high-quality employee support across the organization • Analyze workforce trends and metrics to recommend action plans that improve engagement and retention • Lead the creation and maintenance of company policies and state compliance projects • Craft corporate communications that land clearly across all levels of the organization • Shape the employee experience for a fast-growing team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 2+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, including employee relations and program management • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment with professionalism and good judgment • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience interfacing with all levels of an organization • High attention to detail and a high degree of empathy in supporting a positive, accommodating employee experience • Experience with HiBob HRIS preferred
