📋 Description

• Partner closely with GTM leaders on organizational, talent, and leadership priorities • Translate business needs into people and organizational decisions • Build people practices from the ground up, including onboarding, manager routines, performance, development, and employee lifecycle processes • Support GTM organization scaling through org design, workforce planning, and team structure • Coach leaders and managers and provide candid feedback • Drive performance and talent initiatives, including development, retention, succession planning, and performance management • Identify organizational challenges early and build practical solutions to improve team effectiveness • Support employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle • Own and improve the HRIS and people processes • Help shape how the company works as it scales

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of HRBP experience • Meaningful experience partnering with GTM organizations such as Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success • Experience supporting senior GTM leaders in a fast-growing technology company • Cybersecurity experience is a strong plus • Strong understanding of how GTM organizations operate and scale • Strong business acumen and ability to connect people's decisions to business goals • Experience with organizational design, performance management, talent planning, and employee relations • Hands-on, high-ownership approach • Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
