• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new hires across supported client groups, including logistics, systems access, and role-specific ramp plans • Design and continuously improve onboarding experiences aligned with Chamber’s culture and values • Manage off-boarding, including exit interviews, confidential information handling, systems access removal, and reporting on exit trends • Ensure onboarding and off-boarding comply with healthcare standards, including credentialing and HIPAA-related access controls • Lead performance management cycles, including goal-setting, mid-year check-ins, and annual reviews • Facilitate calibration sessions for fair and consistent performance ratings and promotion decisions • Partner on succession planning and development of high-potential talent • Handle complex employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and recommend resolutions • Coach managers through difficult conversations, performance issues, leadership fundamentals, feedback, team health, and accountability • Identify skill gaps and recommend targeted development opportunities or training • Advise leaders on team dynamics, organizational changes, and growth challenges • Analyze engagement, attrition, hiring velocity, and other people data to identify risks and opportunities • Translate data findings into actionable leadership recommendations • Build and maintain reporting dashboards or summaries for key people metrics • Help design and execute compensation cycles, including merit increases, promotions, and equity refreshes • Own engagement survey rollout and analysis, converting results into action plans • Develop and update HR policies for a distributed healthcare organization while ensuring compliance and clarity • Report to the VP of People Operations and serve as an HR partner to clinical operations, technology, and G&A leaders
• 6+ years of progressive HR business partner experience, including at least 2 years supporting senior leaders directly • Experience partnering with technology, product, or clinical operations teams within healthcare, health-tech, or another regulated, mission-driven industry strongly preferred • Demonstrated experience designing and operationalizing people processes, including performance management, org design, and workforce planning, in a fast-growing environment • Sound judgment handling confidential and sensitive employee relations matters • Strong data fluency and ability to derive insights from HR data to inform recommendations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build trust quickly with executives and individual contributors • Comfortable with ambiguity and the pace of an early- to growth-stage company • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
