📋 Description

• Own day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, benefits, and employment-law compliance • Process and troubleshoot payroll • Administer benefits and manage the PEO relationship with Rippling • Manage HR processes for FTEs, EOR employees, and independent contractors across multiple countries • Ensure workforce classifications are handled correctly and compliantly • Advise employees and managers on performance issues, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution • Maintain and evolve employee handbooks, policies, and HR documentation • Administer Rippling and maintain accurate HR records • Provide HR reporting and metrics to leadership • Partner with the CFO on headcount forecasting, compensation administration, and budget-related HR matters • Report to the Chief Financial Officer

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience • Prior ownership of HR for a 100+ person company or a comparable-sized business unit • Strong working knowledge of global workforce structures, including FTEs, EOR arrangements, and independent contractors • Knowledge of compliance considerations for different workforce classifications • Direct experience working with a PEO; Rippling experience is a plus • Hands-on experience with payroll, benefits administration, and HR systems • Solid grounding in employee relations, compliance, recruitment, performance management, compensation, and HR systems • Excellent judgment and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters • Experience in a fast-growing startup or SaaS environment is a plus • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus • Must be located in the United States • GovPilot is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa
