📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including investigations, exit surveys, and exit interviews • Partner with managers to ensure consistent, high-quality employee support across the organization • Analyze workforce trends and metrics to recommend action plans that improve engagement and retention • Lead the creation and maintenance of company policies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company direction • Craft corporate communications across all levels of the organization • Serve as the subject matter expert on employee questions, including benefits, perks, and processes • Manage employee questions, concerns, and offboarding with support from the broader People team • Partner with the Director to execute strategies supporting the long-term success of the business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 7+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, including employee relations and program management • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment with professionalism and good judgment • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience interfacing with all levels of an organization • High attention to detail and a high degree of empathy in supporting a positive, accommodating employee experience • Experience with Google Suite preferred • Passion for teamwork and contributing to the success and reputation of the broader People function preferred
