📋 Description

• Install, update, maintain, and secure networks and networking devices • Learn skills and take advice from other Network Engineers • Ensure maximum availability of networks and network resources for users and production applications • Manage network resources supporting business processing requirements • Provide support for network and business-critical application problems • Collaborate with Infrastructure and Application Engineers on disaster recovery strategies, network capabilities, and functions • Ensure operational excellence, reliability, accessibility, security, and compliance with established SLAs/OLAs • Support the company’s technological alignment efforts • Identify and implement continuous process improvements • Support internal communications about business improvements, processes, system upgrades, and enhancements • Build and sustain relationships with Vestis functional areas • Oversee vendor relationships for associated technologies, services, and solutions • Deploy and ensure adherence to governance policies • Complete compliance-related matters, including mandatory training and audit actions • Perform additional duties as directed by the supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge in Network Engineering and Administration of network Infrastructure • Hands-on experience with Cisco Network Devices • Skilled and proficient in MS Office O365 suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) • Customer-centric service approach • Ability to establish performance-based relationships with third-party vendors and technology providers • Ability to set standards and measurements for IT processes • Ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables at various stages • Collaboration and team-building skills • Problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills focused on root cause analysis and permanent solutions • Attention to detail and quality of work products and communications • Willingness to accept and implement coaching, suggestions, and guidance • 0 to 3 years of experience in network engineering roles • Bachelor's degree required • Legally able to work in the United States • Valid U.S. driver's license for rental cars when applicable
