📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end management of large-scale projects enhancing customer experience and streamlining processes • Serve as client-facing point of contact for external partners throughout the project lifecycle • Liaise internally between engineering and business teams • Communicate with teams and stakeholders to set priorities and ensure project milestones are met • Establish team-member expectations and provide progress updates to executives and leadership • Develop project plans and timelines • Identify team resources needed to complete milestones and deliverables on schedule • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to define processes and milestones and meet launch dates • Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders • Assign project tasks based on team members’ strengths, skill sets, and experience • Connect business goals with prioritization of incoming project requests • Travel as required

🎯 Requirements

• Must have previous experience either working directly in a veterinary clinic OR working directly with clinics implementing new veterinary software • Experience managing projects involving partnership plans, third-party integrations, and new feature and product launches • Excellent organization and time management • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience building roadmaps, project plans, and timelines with strong attention to detail • Humility and willingness to take ownership of clearing team obstacles • Experience working effectively in a heavily cross-functional, fast-paced environment • Ability to hold others accountable for deliverables against tight timelines • Must be legally authorized to work in the country for which applying • Vetcove is unable to sponsor work visas • Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check • Four-year degree referenced in required application questions
