📋 Description

• Support and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations • Gather business requirements, design solutions, and implement solutions in production • Provide customer and product support • Collaborate with IT and business teams to configure and maintain ERP systems • Prepare functional specifications for Oracle integrations and reports • Drive implementation of current and future systems projects and process improvements • Engage stakeholders and users to determine needs and develop delivery-improvement plans • Advocate for stakeholder and client needs with senior management • Contribute information and recommendations to strategic plans • Develop solutions to operational challenges • Identify efficient ways of working and eliminate manual work using approved AI tools • Collaborate with the business to identify and implement appropriate functionality • Work with Oracle Support to resolve issues • Document current business processes and delivered functionality • Support the ERP system during tight timelines and resolve issues promptly • Analyze supply chain metrics including inventory, fulfillment, forecasting, transportation, and supplier performance • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and operational reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, operations, finance, data analytics, or related field • At least 7 years' experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud SCM and Cost Management • At least 1–2 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations • Deep hands-on expertise in Costing/Cost Accounting • Strong background in ERP systems, with Oracle Cloud required • Experience with Oracle Cloud Inventory, Procurement, and Accounting modules • Strong analytical capabilities • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights • Reliable internet access • Oracle Cloud SCM Manufacturing or Cost Management certification strongly preferred • Oracle Cloud ERP SCM, Procurement, and Accounting certifications preferred • Familiarity with SCM, Operations, Procurement, and Accounting concepts and best practices • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other analytics platforms • Familiarity with forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics operations • APICS/CPIM, CSCP, or related certifications • Ability to sit/stand at a desk and work on a computer for long periods
