📋 Description

• Execute seasonal go-to-market and service strategies across the Tennessee/Huntsville area • Drive brand growth, awareness, and sell-through through retail support, community engagement, and field activations • Support retail partners through in-person store visits, product demonstrations, and sales-floor engagement • Deliver product presentations to educate and motivate retail staff and consumers • Implement merchandising and promotional activations using product and point-of-purchase materials • Engage retail and community partners to build excitement and awareness for Altra • Represent Altra at local and select national events, races, and expos • Support consumer trial and education through community activations and experiential opportunities • Partner with Sales Representatives to develop and execute territory service plans • Collaborate with Field Service teammates on education initiatives and activations • Gather and share insights on product performance, competitor activity, and industry trends • Complete detailed, accurate, and timely activity reporting via designated tools such as Repsly • Maintain field assets and demo footwear • Manage travel, expenses, promotional materials, and product seeding • Meet deadlines for projects, reports, and action items

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of specialty retail experience; run or outdoor specialty preferred • 2+ years of marketing, sales, or field service experience; requirements evaluated based on talent profile and market conditions • Formal education is a plus, but total experience and demonstrated results are prioritized • Bachelor’s degree or related experience in Marketing, Sales, Business, Kinesiology, or a related field preferred • Familiarity with the Altra product line • Experience fitting and selling technical footwear • Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to take initiative • Reliable transportation • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory • Availability for possible evening and weekend work

🏖️ Benefits

• Hiring range of $60,000.00 USD–$75,000.00 USD annually • Eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential • Benefits programs including medical plans; detailed benefit information provided during the hiring process • Reasonable accommodations during the application process as required by applicable law
