📋 Description

• Administer and maintain the CRM system for sales, ensuring accuracy and completeness • Support onboarding, enablement, and ongoing operational support, including resource distribution • Review and oversee quotes and assist with contract management to ensure timely and accurate execution • Generate and analyze sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs to identify trends and provide actionable insights • Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal teams to resolve operational issues and improve cross-functional workflows • Develop and document sales operations processes, policies, and best practices • Provide training and support to sales teams and channel partners on sales tools and operational procedures • Participate in special projects related to sales process improvement and system enhancements • Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the sales team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field • 2+ years of experience in sales operations within a technology company • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • Preferred experience with CRM systems (e.g., MSD) and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic) • Willingness to travel internationally as required (up to 25%)
