• Manage customers in the assigned geography • Build and manage pipelines at new and existing OEMs • Execute strategies through application development of targeted products • Develop opportunities in Orthopedics, Cardiac, Active Implantables, and Drug Delivery • Identify, develop, and grow relationships with key customers and market influencers • Influence Supply Chain, Product Development, and Quality functions within key device manufacturers • Drive growth in medical devices by building OEM partnerships and developing high-value opportunities • Undertake international travel as part of the role
• Based out of a home office in the Southeast US, located close to key device manufacturers • Willingness and ability to undertake international travel • Degree in Engineering, Natural Science, or Business disciplines • Fluent in English • Proven track record of Material Knowledge, Product Management, Clinical Relations, Technical B2B Sales, or Product Development experience • Substantial experience in the Orthopedics market • Knowledge of drug delivery, active implantable, and cardiac device platforms • Working knowledge of business practices, cGMPs, and medical product development processes • Familiarity with polymer and traditional implantable materials • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed • Additive Manufacturing, PEEK, and clinical procedure expertise is an advantage • MBA would be a plus • Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be an advantage
