📋 Description

• Design, implement, test and optimize end-to-end RAG pipelines • Develop high-quality datasets for training and evaluation • Assist in the deployment of LLM-based applications, collect and analyze user feedback, and drive iterative improvements • Evaluate LLM applications on metrics like correctness, latency, and hallucination • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization such as product, infrastructure, and security leads • Help define and grow our engineering culture, processes and tools

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering development • Experience developing, deploying, and monitoring an AI product or feature; experience designing, implementing and monitoring RAG pipelines • Great communication skills and a strong work ethic
