📋 Description

• Own, develop, and maintain the technical roadmap across leadership and technical teams • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and internal Technology partners • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical instructions • Create and maintain system and user documentation • Communicate enhancement request and defect-fix status to internal and client stakeholders • Work with the Technology team to establish and manage each deployment Sprint • Perform unit and integrated testing for enhancements and defect fixes • Create clear, repeatable regression test scripts • Lead system testing processes to determine efficiency and effectiveness • Demonstrate product and service offerings for customers and end users • Assist with setup and maintenance of new application users • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members through Microsoft Teams in a video-first culture • Manage internal and client-requested enhancements and bug fixes for chart retrieval and coding applications • Abide by HIPAA regulations when handling medical chart records

🎯 Requirements

• Permanent authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship • Must reside and perform all work within the continental United States for the duration of employment • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technology solutions • Proven experience facilitating stakeholder discovery sessions and eliciting stated and underlying business requirements • Experience creating and maintaining business requirements documentation, including BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, workflow diagrams, and functional requirements • Experience serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams • Strong documentation skills with Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms • Ability to create wireframes, mockups, or process designs using Figma, Visio, PowerPoint, or similar applications • Experience documenting data integrations, system interfaces, data flows, and field-level mapping • Working knowledge of CSV, TXT, and Excel flat-file data formats, including layouts, validation rules, and reporting requirements • Experience developing test cases, executing testing activities, analyzing results, and documenting defects or issues • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills • Consultative and relationship-building skills, including questioning, negotiation, facilitation, and active listening • Effective communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels • Experience validating data and identifying data quality or integrity issues • Good understanding of business processes, technology solutions, and performance metrics • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Intermediate-level Microsoft SQL skills • Experience using Smartsheet • Experience with Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence • Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools such as Claude or similar generative AI platforms
