📋 Description

• Embed with client teams to observe workflows, diagnose bottlenecks, and identify opportunities for custom software • Rapidly prototype and deploy internal tools, integrations, automations, and data pipelines in client environments • Translate real-world requirements into working code • Build, deploy, gather feedback from users, and iterate rapidly • Use agentic engineering practices to design workflows, automations, and integrations • Collaborate with UX, consulting, and cloud-native engineering teams to transition prototypes into scalable production systems • Navigate client infrastructure, security constraints, cloud platforms, APIs, and legacy tools • Act as a trusted technical voice in client conversations and defend architectural decisions • Travel to client sites as needed, depending on the engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Strong full-stack or cloud-native engineering experience with a track record of shipping real software • Comfort working directly with non-technical stakeholders and translating problems into technical solutions • Solid grounding in at least one modern backend stack and one frontend stack • Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP • Experience with APIs, data integration, and automation • Well-founded knowledge of agentic engineering, including agent planning, tool use, context management, orchestration, and evaluation • Applied agentic engineering thinking to real work, not only side projects • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical trade-offs without jargon • Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities • Willingness to travel to client sites • Experience in an agency, consultancy, or client-facing technical role (nice to have) • Familiarity with UX research or design collaboration workflows (nice to have) • Exposure to enterprise integration patterns or legacy system modernization (nice to have) • Hands-on experience building or deploying agentic systems for a client (nice to have) • Relevant degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (nice to have)
