📋 Description

• Lead property managers through structured onboarding workflows, training sessions, and system setup • Ensure rapid time-to-value and high platform adoption • Track milestones and coordinate setup deliverables • Monitor timelines and manage client follow-ups to keep onboarding projects on schedule • Conduct structured quarterly satisfaction check-ins and needs analysis calls • Uncover client pain points and evaluate feature usage • Align software capabilities with client goals • Serve as a reliable, empathetic point of contact throughout the client lifecycle • Answer procedural questions and troubleshoot initial hurdles • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, onboarding statuses, and feedback in CRM/project management tools • Support continuous service improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B onboarding, client account management, or customer success • Strong ability to handle multiple onboarding pipelines simultaneously, enforce deadlines, and follow up systematically • Direct experience working with property managers or within the real estate/property management software ecosystem is strongly preferred • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills • Patient, consultative approach to guiding users through new software • Ability to quickly master software tools • Ability to guide non-technical users through platform features • Ability to leverage CRM/project tracking systems effectively • Quiet home office work environment • Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps with internet backup available • Dependable electricity with power backup available • At least 8-gen i3 processor, 8GB RAM, Windows or Mac, and SSD disk
