📋 Description
• Defining, implementing and/or maintaining R&D strategy, guidelines, systems and services for VISHAY • Aligning and ensuring implementation of R&D budgets, monitors R&D programs, and allocates resources • Planning and coordinating, and/or implementing R&D projects and processes • Leading identification and consolidation of R&D projects in line with technological trends and development plans • Coordinating research, development, and pre-industrialization of products • Representing VISHAY's R&D competence externally towards customers, partners, and other relevant stakeholders
