📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted partner to donor recruitment leadership • Improve processes, systems, and tools supporting recruitment operations across the enterprise • Analyze data, lead projects, evaluate new approaches, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders • Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, strengthen sales execution, support standardization, and improve operational performance • Develop procedures, processes, job aids, and Donor Recruitment Manual policies • Support blood drive account management, sales process monitoring and management, data collection, and training • Define process goals and expected outcomes and monitor progress • Identify and lead process resets and adjustments to address shortfalls • Lead pre- and post-process change evaluations using data analysis • Monitor and report internal sales processes and procedures • Research, evaluate, and recommend new products and methodologies • Support budget development and return-on-investment analysis • Develop operational requirements and enhancements for software applications with IT Systems and Marketing Operations • Serve as a subject matter expert for applicable business and production software and associated processes • Track software enhancements and change checkout, identify impacted business processes, and implement process updates • Maintain compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations • Report compliance issues to management • Provide quality customer service • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Five years of related experience required • Two years of leadership experience • Three years of business software applications and blood bank manufacturing software experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Efficient consulting skills • Ability to lead and support change management • Accuracy and strong attention to detail • Ability to analyze data and make sound decisions • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to interact with all levels of personnel • Proficient computer skills, including Excel, word processing, and spreadsheet applications • Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. schedule • Up to 10% travel required to support enterprise initiatives, training, and departmental meetings
