📋 Description

• Build the Enterprise Solutions function from scratch alongside a peer focused on clinical and EHR systems • Own workforce-system solutioning across the customer lifecycle, bridging Growth and Post-Sales from pre-signature discovery through implementation and post-launch • Lead WFM, HCM, and payroll discovery on enterprise deals, including tenant/version, customization, API versus file-based integration, pay rules, labor structures, data ownership, SSO, provisioning, and customer responsibilities • Partner with Deployments on pay code, job code, and organizational mapping; integration setup; testing; payroll validation; and cutover • Step into complex deployments and enable Deployment Strategists to own increasingly sophisticated workstreams • Diagnose sync failures, pay discrepancies, and customer-side upgrades or migrations after go-live • Create vendor-specific playbooks, discovery guides, documentation, and training for Growth, Deployments, Support, and Customer Success • Identify recurring workforce-integration requirements and blockers • Partner with Product and Engineering to determine whether solutions require enablement, a new integration, or a scalable platform capability • Report to the COO

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, hands-on WFM or HCM expertise with at least one major workforce management, HCM, or payroll platform (UKG, Workday, Oracle, Infor, API Healthcare, or similar) • Experience ideally as an implementation consultant, solutions architect, or integration lead • Knowledge of timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, pay rules, labor levels, org hierarchies, payroll flows, and failure points • REST APIs • SFTP and flat-file integrations • Middleware such as Boomi, Workday EIB/Studio, UKG integration tooling, or similar • SSO using SAML/OIDC • Provisioning using SCIM • Ability to lead technical solutioning with CIO organizations, HRIS and payroll leaders, integration teams, and security teams • Ability to distinguish implementation issues, configuration problems, integration limitations, and product gaps • Ability to bridge GTM and Post-Sales • Excitement to build a new function from zero • Health system experience, especially healthcare pay practices such as shift differentials, call and premium pay, incentive pay, and union rules, is a major plus • Must be able to work in the US; application asks about US work authorization and visa sponsorship • 40–50% travel to customer sites
