• Support a fully remote organization of approximately 150 employees across Commercial, G&A, Clinical and cross-functional teams. • Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to US-based people managers and leaders. • Proactively identify manager capability gaps and design targeted interventions. • Navigate complex employee situations with sound judgment and speed. • In conjunction with Sr. Manager, Employee Experience, drive People programs and initiatives across the US. • Partner with managers through the full employee lifecycle. • Use people data to surface org health signals and connect it to recommended action. • Translate People strategy into action at the business level. • Use AI tools actively and fluently in your day-to-day.
• 5–10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience with demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder environments. • Deep experience supporting GTM, Sales, or Commercial organizations. • Strong manager coaching capability. • Comfort operating independently with minimal oversight. • Strong team player. • High tolerance for ambiguity. • Strong AI fluency. • Excellent judgment, communication, and the ability to hold multiple stakeholder perspectives simultaneously. • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
