• Deliver day‑to‑day HR support for assigned business groups • Act as the primary HR partner for assigned business groups • Use internal analytics to identify trends and guide leaders • Build and deliver a robust onboarding program • Assist in administering compensation philosophy • Provide coaching to managers on pay practices • Gather and maintain HR data, compile reports • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• 3 + years of experience in human resources, preferably in a shared services environment • Strong knowledge and application of employment laws and regulations • Proficient in using HR software (e.g., ADP, PeopleSoft) and Microsoft Office Suite • Exposure and understanding of multiple HR functions and best practices • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
