📋 Description

• Serve as a consultant and trusted advisor to senior leaders across Business Operations • Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies • Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making • Lead and execute large-scale change initiatives • Consultative, thought partner to leaders in designing and recommending organizational models • Assess organizational health using workforce data • Translate enterprise talent strategies into actionable outcomes • Coach leaders on talent and development planning • Enable leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver and reinforce enterprise programs • Partner with Employee Relations team on complex employee performance and conduct issues • Proactively identify and mitigate organizational and people-related risks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 8+ years of progressive HR BP experience • Experience supporting large-scale clients (500+ employees) • Experience supporting hourly California-based employees and/or knowledge of California employment law preferred • Demonstrated business acumen • Proven ability to influence Director/ VP leaders • Experience working in high-growth, global, or matrixed organizations preferred • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
