📋 Description

• Enhance data analytics infrastructure and ensure seamless data accessibility, visualization, and cross-functional collaboration • Support Artificial Intelligence and machine learning initiatives • Develop medium-complexity analytics products and new stories requiring collaboration • Gather, analyze, and document user requirements; translate them into user stories • Conduct stakeholder interviews and understand current business processes • Develop and maintain product backlogs • Implement requirements traceability from user stories to product features • Participate in discovery workshops and architecture/design sessions • Write SQL code and develop logical and physical data models for scalable architectures and data warehouses • Evaluate physical data models against logical data models • Create and schedule ETL packages using technologies such as Automic • Participate in visualization/design sessions and assess technology-stack feasibility • Generate test plans, conduct regression testing, and write SQL to analyze data • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve product inconsistencies • Use Power BI and MicroStrategy to develop, maintain, and support analytics products • Manage the full lifecycle of analytics solutions across multiple business domains • Use AI tools to improve efficiency, validate report accuracy, optimize performance, and support data analysis • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver scalable business intelligence solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred; degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field a plus • 2 or more years of relevant data analysis experience required • Experience as an Analytics Engineer, BI Developer or Data Scientist highly preferred • Healthcare experience preferred • Background in data warehouse design including dimensional modeling and data mining • Understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing and ETL framework • Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI or MicroStrategy preferred • Knowledge of SQL queries and SSIS preferred • Proven ability to take initiative and be innovative • Analytical mind with strong problem-solving aptitude
