📋 Description

• Define 18–24 month product vision and roadmap • Establish AI experience strategy and competitive positioning • Present and align strategy with executive leadership • Set standards for product specifications and delivery practices • Ensure accountability for outcomes, not just milestones • Partner with engineering leadership on: Build vs. buy decisions, AI system design implications, Architecture trade-offs impacting product outcomes • Act as a strategic partner to VP Digital Product • Contribute to business cases, investment decisions, and roadmap prioritization • Mentor and develop product delivery talent across all levels • Define career progression and capability expectations

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product or technical product experience • Proven leadership at a product area or channel level • Deep expertise in retirement and wealth management • Extensive experience defining AI product strategy • Strong technical credibility with engineering leadership • Experience influencing VP-level strategy as an IC
