📋 Description

• Design and implement IAM across multi-account AWS environments • Build governance guardrails with AWS Organizations, Control Tower, Landing Zone Accelerator, and Service Control Policies • Implement data protection controls using KMS, encryption, Macie, and customer-aligned data classification • Establish continuous compliance monitoring with AWS Config, Security Hub, Audit Manager, and CloudTrail • Automate audit evidence collection • Lead or support ATO packages under RMF, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, DoD CC SRG, or JSIG • Perform control mapping and develop SSP and POA&M documentation • Conduct Well-Architected Security Pillar reviews and security assessments • Create prioritized remediation plans from assessment findings • Integrate AWS identity with Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, and CAC/PIV • Support federal and defense customers with AWS identity governance, data protection, compliance, and authorization

🎯 Requirements

• AWS Certified Security – Specialty, CISSP, CCSP, or an equivalent GPS-approved certification • Proficiency with AWS security services, especially IAM Identity Center, AWS Organizations, Control Tower or Landing Zone Accelerator, KMS, and AWS Config • Understanding of NIST, ISO, and CIS security frameworks • At least one ATO supported end to end under RMF • DoD 8140-compliant baseline certification, such as Security+ or CISSP • Willingness to complete annual AESP training • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 3+ years in security if using equivalent professional experience in place of the degree • 2+ years working with AWS cloud platforms • U.S. citizenship required • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to work independently and value teamwork • Strong problem-solving skills
