📋 Description

• Develop business and application architecture strategy based on the customer’s organization, processes, business needs, and applications • Provide project oversight across design, development, enhancements, maintenance, troubleshooting, monitoring, reporting, and support of business applications and systems • Serve as a strategic systems advisor and deliver long-term, sustainable solutions • Collaborate with Data, Product, Systems, and other technical teams to architect integration processes • Maintain architectural and technical documentation • Lead architectural review sessions and oversee go/no-go architectural decisions • Lead requirements gathering and refinement for large, complex software implementations • Drive strategy and solution development from system architecture, process, and team management perspectives • Manage and oversee vendors • Provide direction, feedback, and coaching to team members and assist with reviews • Analyze, diagnose, and draw conclusions on complex technical problems • Analyze customer requirements, evaluate technology and vendor products, develop plans, recommend end-to-end solutions, implement solutions, and ensure deliverable quality • Serve as product owner for integrated system solutions and reporting • Guide troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of business-impacting issues with business partners, IT, and vendors • Propose system/application support changes to address issues and improve functionality • Analyze results and provide strategic solutions to improve performance • Oversee development of online knowledge management tools for system procedures • Coordinate system changes to ensure data integrity • Create or revise technical procedures and processes and follow established service and support standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience • 6+ years business or systems analyst experience • Experience managing vendors to a contractual agreement with defined service levels • Experience managing stakeholder relationships • Experience planning, implementing, and managing process change in an organization • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms and tailor communication to the audience • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Cognos, and/or SQL • Ability to work with and analyze large sets of data • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot simple to relatively complex systems or process issues and design specific solutions • Ability to provide 24x7 global on-call production support as needed • Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in job duties • Treasury systems/application support experience preferred • Bank connectivity and file transmission support experience preferred • Understanding of cash management, banking services, financial reporting, accounting processes, internal controls, and audit documentation preferred • Ability to collaborate with internal business partners, IT, banks, and vendors preferred • Experience supporting process improvements, internal controls, procedure documentation, audit requirements, or compliance-related activities preferred • VSP Vision employees have access to sensitive personal information and are subject to Information Security and Privacy Policies
