📋 Description

• Lead, manage, plan, produce, implement, and analyze internal and external communications strategies and tactics related to the VSP Vision employee experience and employment branding • Develop and drive employee experience and communication strategies for high-risk and high-opportunity initiatives • Partner with executive leaders and support staff to develop holistic employee experience and communication programs • Collaborate on the Employee Listening Strategy and organizational effectiveness initiatives to identify actionable employee experience insights • Serve as a senior internal communications and employee experience partner for complex and confidential plans • Identify business opportunities through research and analysis of employee experience trends • Deploy and design employee email campaigns with senior leadership, HRIS, and enterprise business partners • Manage consultant resources or partner teams as needed and assess required resources • Partner with business partners on employment branding opportunities, workplace awards, and brand-building communication programs • Advise senior leaders, project management teams, and communication managers on internal communications, employee experience, and change management best practices • Provide oversight of strategic alignment, priorities, processes, and timelines • Develop processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency and ROI on communication tools, vendors, and systems • Manage applicable budget • May lead functional teams and/or projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Human Resources or related experience • Six years’ experience in internal communications and change management work across varied mediums and customized content for employee audiences • Six or more years of experience with program management and leadership, including recommending strategic direction and influencing communication • Ability to use a variety of communication mediums and customize content for targeted audiences • Ability to research, present, and recommend employee experience proposals using creative ideas • Ability to problem solve, manage multiple projects simultaneously, plan strategically, and adapt to frequent change • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to quickly build business acumen and relationships • Strong writing, editing, communication, presentation, organization, and planning skills • Ability to write clear, complete documentation and reports for technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to organize multiple responsibilities and complete tasks accurately and on time • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to work with individuals at all organizational levels • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, SharePoint, employment branding platforms, and desktop publishing applications • For remote roles, high engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings
