📋 Description

• Lead, manage, plan, produce, implement, and analyze internal and external communications strategies and tactics related to the VSP Vision employee experience and employment branding • Develop and drive employee experience and communication strategies for high-risk and high-opportunity initiatives • Partner with executive leaders and support staff to develop holistic employee experience and communication programs • Collaborate with the Organizational Effectiveness team on employee listening strategy and related work • Serve as a senior internal communications and employee experience partner for complex and confidential plans • Identify business opportunities and manage major initiatives using research and trend analysis • Deploy and design employee email campaigns with senior leadership, HRIS, and enterprise partners • Manage consultant resources or partner teams as needed and assess required resources • Partner on employment branding opportunities, including workplace awards • Develop and deploy brand-building communication programs and educate business partners on employment-brand issues • Serve as a subject matter expert to senior leaders, project teams, and communication managers • Oversee strategic alignment, priorities, processes, and timelines • Develop workflows that improve operational efficiency, excellence, and ROI; manage applicable budgets • May lead functional teams and/or projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Human Resources or related experience • Eight years’ experience in internal communications and change management work across varied mediums and employee audiences • Eight or more years of program management and leadership experience, including recommending strategic direction and influencing communication • Skill using varied communication mediums and customizing content for targeted audiences • Ability to research, present, and recommend employee experience proposals using creative ideas • Ability to problem solve, manage multiple projects, plan strategically, and adapt to frequent change • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to quickly build business acumen and relationships • Strong writing, editing, communication, presentation, organization, and planning skills • Ability to write clear, complete documentation and reports for technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to organize responsibilities across multiple tasks and complete work accurately and on time • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to work with individuals at all organizational levels • Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, SharePoint, employment branding platforms, and desktop publishing applications • For remote roles, high engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings
