📋 Description

• Conduct end-to-end evaluation of existing Data 360 (Data Cloud) implementations • Identify bottlenecks in identity resolution, data ingestion pipelines, and calculated insights; formulate and execute optimization strategies • Design scalable, enterprise-grade Data 360 architecture aligned with Sales Transformation and RCA Migration requirements and Salesforce best practices • Configure and optimize batch and streaming ingestion connectors • Establish integration flows connecting S3, Snowflake, MuleSoft, BigQuery, and Kafka to Data 360 via Zero Copy and standard ingestion frameworks • Map incoming source data streams (DDS) to Data Model Objects (DMOs) using the Cloud Information Model (CIM) and custom schema structures • Design and configure Data 360 as the foundational context and grounding layer for Agentforce • Enable real-time data access, vector embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) • Perform hands-on configuration, DataWeave transformations, segment creation, calculated insights, and API integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Deep architectural and practical experience with Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud • Direct experience configuring Data 360 data layers to ground Agentforce AI agents with trusted enterprise data • Proven capability in configuring standard/custom connectors, real-time streaming, batch ingestion, and Zero Copy data architecture • Proficiency with Data Model Objects (DMOs), Data Stream Objects (DSOs), and identity resolution rulesets • Hands-on experience with identity resolution, data harmonization, governance, security modeling, and enterprise data flows
