• Build and grow the Summit audience through relationship-driven outreach • Pull attendee history and lifecycle data from HubSpot • Partner with the Sales and Partnership team to expand audience acquisition • Cultivate year-round relationships with alumni, partners, and referral sources • Own the Summit marketing calendar • Develop integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels • Manage the internal review and approval process for campaign materials • Track campaign performance and conversion metrics • Own attendee communications across the event lifecycle • Serve as primary point of contact for Summit attendees • Coordinate communications across speakers, partners, and operations • Own HubSpot and registration operations
• 6+ years of experience in audience development, event marketing, growth marketing, or community building • Strong relationship-building instincts • Proven ability to drive event registration and attendance • Expertise with HubSpot, CRM strategy, segmentation, workflow automation, and data-driven campaign optimization • Strong editorial and copywriting skills • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects • Familiarity with event technology platforms • Executive presence and exceptional communication skills • Personal interest in entrepreneurship, business leadership, innovation, and emerging technologies • Creative problem-solving instincts
