📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native AI-powered software systems and intelligent automation solutions • Translate domain-level strategies into system-level implementations • Ensure architectural integrity and operational excellence • Champion DevOps and CI/CD practices • Maintain resilient, observable, and performant services with robust monitoring and alerting • Provide technical guidance through code reviews, architectural decisions, and incident analysis • Mentor engineers across teams • Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks • Drive automation and improve engineering velocity • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives • Define success metrics, conduct experiments, and build predictive and causal solutions for marketplace technology

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 8 years’ experience in software engineering or related area • Extensive experience designing and building scalable, cloud-native software systems with AI integration • Proven ability to lead system-level technical execution, ensuring architectural integrity and operational excellence • Strong expertise in DevOps and CI/CD practices • Experience delivering resilient, observable, and performant services • Skill in automating processes and optimizing system scalability • Effective mentorship and leadership capabilities • Excellent collaboration and communication skills • Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices (preferred)
