⢠Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to automotive dealership clients ⢠Drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, long-term loyalty, and improved dealership operations ⢠Lead scheduled dealer meetings and ensure action items are completed ⢠Guide customers through onboarding and ongoing support ⢠Identify performance gaps or delays and escalate issues as needed ⢠Track and document departmental contributions to account success ⢠Analyze dealership warranty schedules, operational challenges, and operational successes ⢠Advise dealerships on best practices for operational success ⢠Prepare internal account-status and dealership-performance reports ⢠Liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure service levels and deliverables are met ⢠Communicate client needs to improve product features, training, and customer satisfaction ⢠Provide feedback on recurring issues and support process improvements ⢠Handle dealership escalations and cross-departmental challenges ⢠Partner with Sales on presentations, growth strategies, and larger dealership groups ⢠Participate in cross-functional meetings to advocate for account health and internal alignment ⢠Represent dealership needs and suggest product enhancements with the Product team ⢠Support team members through complex escalations and difficult client situations ⢠Contribute to onboarding and training new team members ⢠Work with WarrCloud's machine learning-enabled SaaS platform that automates warranty claims processing for automotive dealerships and OEMs
⢠CSS Level 1: 2+ years in customer success or account management, ideally within the automotive industry ⢠Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google products, including Excel, basic analytics, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Drive ⢠Experience using CRM/project management tools such as Salesforce and Insightly ⢠Ability to analyze RO-level data to identify trends, revenue loss, or processing inefficiencies ⢠Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working cross-functionally ⢠High attention to detail and strong organizational habits ⢠Ability to stay composed under pressure and guide others through escalated issues ⢠Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without direct authority ⢠Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills ⢠Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities ⢠Comfortable making recommendations to management and contributing to process development ⢠Availability to work full-time during standard business hours, with flexibility for time-sensitive account needs ⢠CSS Level 2: 5+ years in customer success, with experience in both dealership and executive-level interactions ⢠Proven ability to independently manage high-impact or complex accounts with minimal oversight ⢠Experience mentoring, coaching, and onboarding new staff; acting as a point of escalation and knowledge resource for peers ⢠Ownership mindset with accountability, follow-through, and proactive problem solving across departments ⢠Professionalism and operational excellence; ability to uphold team standards, enforce best practices, and promote continuous improvement ⢠In-depth knowledge of Fixed Operations and experience in the automotive industry ⢠Bachelor's in Communication or equivalent work experience in performance/account management ⢠Applicants advancing in the selection process must complete the Culture Index survey
