📋 Description

• Provide operational leadership and coordination across Lending Operations, Asset Resolution, and Loan Administration (Servicing) • Work with functional leaders to establish priorities, processes, performance expectations, operational objectives, service levels, and escalation processes • Integrate Intake, Processing, Valuation, Underwriting, Title, Closing, Asset Resolution, and Servicing into an end-to-end operating model • Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, handoff issues, capacity constraints, and communication breakdowns • Develop and maintain standardized procedures, workflows, controls, service-level expectations, dashboards, reporting, KPIs, and escalation processes • Monitor closing, funding, valuation, resolution, lending, and servicing performance and recommend corrective actions • Analyze operational data, trends, risks, recoveries, dispositions, aging, turnaround times, quality, exceptions, and outstanding requests • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, quality, profitability, recovery outcomes, and cycle times • Evaluate staffing, workload, capacity, organizational structure, technology, training, and resource needs • Support department leaders, succession planning, accountability, performance management, collaboration, and organizational development • Partner with the CIO, CDAO, CFO, Finance, Legal, Risk, Technology, Sales, and other departments • Prepare operational reports, analyses, and recommendations for the CEO and executive leadership • Escalate significant operational risks, delays, resource constraints, and performance issues to the CEO • Participate in strategic planning and operational decision-making • Lead special projects and initiatives assigned by the CEO • Report directly to the CEO as a key operational partner to executive leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field preferred • 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, lending, financial services, commercial finance, asset management, or a related industry • Experience managing or coordinating multiple operational functions • Experience working with senior-level leaders and cross-functional teams • Strong understanding of closing operations and the loan lifecycle • Experience with valuations, asset resolution, servicing, collections, or related functions strongly preferred • Demonstrated experience improving business processes and operational efficiency • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to interpret operational data and translate it into actionable recommendations • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without unnecessarily duplicating the authority of functional department heads • Core competencies: Operational Leadership, Cross-Functional Management, Process Improvement, Closing Operations, Performance Management, Data Analysis, Problem Solving, Strategic Thinking, Accountability, Executive Communication, Change Management, Organizational Development • CV must be submitted in English
