đź“‹ Description

• Manage and grow a full caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution. • Handle cases involving divorce, child custody, child support, equitable distribution, alimony, and domestic violence/protective orders. • Transition and expand an existing book of business within the firm's platform. • Continue developing referral sources and cultivating client relationships throughout the Raleigh/Triangle market. • Represent clients in court, mediations, and settlement negotiations throughout the region. • Provide strategic legal counsel while maintaining exceptional client relationships. • Collaborate with firm leadership to support continued growth and expansion in North Carolina.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school. • Active North Carolina Bar license in good standing. • Five or more years of family law experience. • Demonstrated ability to generate and maintain a portable book of business. • Strong litigation and courtroom experience. • Ability to independently manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow a thriving practice. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
