📋 Description
• Own web optimization and A/B testing in partnership with the demand-gen team. • Own the web-side execution of AEO in partnership with the AEO lead. • Run webflow.com as a 'living' website, not a project that ships and stops. • Turn webflow.com into an account-level pipeline engine. • Build and ship landing pages and site experiences end to end in-platform.
🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. • Think in systems, not campaigns. • Ship and iterate. • Are technically fluent enough to be dangerous. • Distinguish signal from noise in intent data. • Name problems sharply. • Preferably have public thought-leadership presence.
