📋 Description

• Track delivery of all email-related items, including copy, design, and Klaviyo setup, and assist with QA. • Write and revise copy for assigned brands, align with brand voice, and edit within Figma to drive approvals. • Liaise with internal team members to track deliverables and keep projects moving forward. • Provide regular progress reporting to the senior strategist and clients. • Ensure compliance with SOPs throughout email development. • Track assigned deliverables across Klaviyo development, copy, and design from brief to delivery. • Review deliverables as the first point in the quality assurance process. • Communicate with senior strategists and occasionally clients to align briefs, strategy, and pod output. • Ensure compliance with internal and applicable regulatory standards.

🎯 Requirements

• A background in Project Management within a marketing agency setting, with email marketing being strongly preferred. • Experience inside of Klaviyo as an end user or as a contributor. • Preferred: exposure to copywriting/design in an email marketing setting. • Project management certs are a big plus.
